Wright Technologies 1–20 GHz broadband RF amplifiers are available in five series — Low Noise, General Purpose, Power (P-1dB), Power (Psat), and Limiting — covering the full 1 to 20 GHz band in compact packaged modules. With gain options from 20 to 40 dB minimum and output power levels from +10 to +30 dBm, the 1–20 GHz line serves electronic warfare, radar, satellite communications, test and measurement, signal intelligence, and software-defined radio applications.

The Wright Technologies Low Noise Series delivers 2.2 dB typical noise figure across 1 to 20 GHz with gain options from 20 to 40 dB minimum. Output P-1dB ranges from +13 to +23 dBm typical. Designed for receive-chain applications where noise performance is critical, including radar front ends, satellite receivers, SIGINT, and electronic warfare systems. All models are unconditionally stable and operate from a +12 VDC supply.

The General-Purpose Series offers a cost-effective broadband solution from 1 to 20 GHz with 3.5 dB typical noise figure and gain selections from 20 to 40 dB minimum. Output P-1dB ranges from +13 to +26 dBm typical, with IP3 up to +36 dBm. Suitable for general RF signal amplification, bench testing, system integration, and applications where low noise is not a primary requirement.

The Power Series (P-1dB) delivers high output power from 1 to 20 GHz with P-1dB of +27 to +30 dBm minimum and IP3 of +40 dBm typical. Gain options of 30 to 40 dB minimum make this series suitable for transmit chains, driver stages, and high-power test applications. Supply current is 1000 mA typical at +12 VDC with LDO internal regulation.

This series is ideal for applications requiring maximum power transfer, including driver amplifiers for power stages, RFID, and high-power test and measurement setups. All models operate at +12 VDC with 1000 mA typical supply current.

The Limiting Series provides a constant output power level of +17 dBm typical across 1 to 20 GHz regardless of input level, handling inputs from −25 dBm up to +12 dBm maximum. With 5.0 dB maximum noise figure and ±1.5 dB output flatness, limiting amplifiers are used in AGC-free receiver chains, signal conditioning, power-level normalization, and EW channelizers.
